Print Paws là công cụ để bạn tự thiết kế đồ in 3D rồi tải file về in. Bạn trả tiền cho công cụ và mẫu, không trả cho từng bản in. Dùng Print Paws nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với các điều dưới đây.
Tài khoản
- Thử các mẫu đơn giản thì không cần tài khoản. Lưu thiết kế và tải file thì cần đăng nhập bằng Google.
- Mỗi tài khoản là của một người. Đừng chia sẻ tài khoản hay cho người khác dùng chung gói của bạn.
- Bạn giữ cho tài khoản Google của mình an toàn. Print Paws không có mật khẩu riêng.
Các gói và thanh toán
- Miễn phí: lưu thiết kế và tải file của các mẫu miễn phí.
- Ủng hộ: trả một lần trong giai đoạn thử nghiệm (beta), từ mức tối thiểu ghi trên Bảng giá. Mở mọi tính năng và mẫu có trong beta, dùng mãi, kèm huy hiệu người ủng hộ.
- Pro tháng, Pro năm: mọi mẫu và công cụ nâng cao trong thời hạn đã trả (1 tháng hoặc 12 tháng).
- Early bird: như Pro trong 4 năm, cả những tính năng ra mắt sau này, cộng kênh hỗ trợ riêng.
Giá và các gói đang bán nằm trên trang Bảng giá. Shop có thể đổi giá hoặc ngừng bán một gói bất cứ lúc nào; gói bạn đã mua vẫn dùng tới hết hạn.
Bạn trả bằng chuyển khoản VietQR, với nội dung chuyển khoản riêng cho mỗi yêu cầu. Hệ thống tự xác nhận khi tiền vào đúng nội dung và đủ số tiền, rồi mở gói, thường trong vài giây; nếu nội dung hoặc số tiền không khớp, shop đối chiếu sao kê và duyệt bằng tay. Thời hạn của gói tính từ ngày duyệt, hoặc nối tiếp ngày hết hạn khi bạn gia hạn lúc gói còn hạn. Chi tiết ở trang Thanh toán.
Gia hạn và hết hạn
- Gia hạn khi gói còn hạn thì thời gian mới được cộng nối vào ngày hết hạn cũ, không mất ngày nào.
- Mua Early bird khi Pro còn hạn: phần Pro còn lại được cộng vào sau 4 năm.
- Hết hạn thì tài khoản về gói Miễn phí. Mọi thiết kế vẫn giữ nguyên; thiết kế dùng mẫu hay chức năng trả phí thì tạm khoá, chưa mở để sửa hay tải được cho tới khi bạn gia hạn.
Quyền sử dụng thương mại
Bạn được làm gì với những thứ in ra từ file của Print Paws, theo gói đang dùng:

Bán bản in khi gói còn hạn. Bản in bạn đã bán trong lúc gói còn hạn vẫn hợp lệ sau khi gói hết hạn. Bản in làm sau khi hết hạn thì phải gia hạn mới được bán.
Bán hoặc chia sẻ file số là điều gói nào cũng cấm. Nó gồm: bán, tặng hay đăng file STL, 3MF hoặc thiết kế tải từ Print Paws lên bất kỳ đâu (MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, nhóm Facebook…), và bán lại quyền dùng công cụ. Bạn bán vật thể, không bán file.
Nội dung bạn đưa vào
Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về chữ, hình ảnh, logo và phông chữ mình đưa vào, kể cả bản quyền của chúng. Xem thêm trang Sử dụng hợp lệ.
Phông đi kèm Print Paws đều theo giấy phép mở SIL Open Font License, được dùng cho sản phẩm cá nhân hoá đem bán. Phông bạn tự tải lên thì giấy phép của phông đó quyết định bạn được làm gì.
Chấm dứt dịch vụ
- Bạn dừng: bạn ngừng dùng lúc nào cũng được, và xoá tài khoản bằng cách nhắn shop (xem Riêng tư). Thời gian chưa dùng của gói không được hoàn, trừ các trường hợp ở trang Hoàn tiền.
- Shop tạm khoá hoặc đóng tài khoản khi tài khoản vi phạm trang Sử dụng hợp lệ, chia sẻ tài khoản, hay gian lận thanh toán. Shop báo lý do qua email của tài khoản; bạn có thể khiếu nại theo mục dưới.
- Shop ngừng cung cấp dịch vụ: shop báo trước ít nhất 30 ngày trên trang web và qua email, để bạn kịp tải file. Phần thời gian chưa dùng của gói Pro hay Early bird được hoàn theo tỉ lệ ngày còn lại.
Không bảo hành
Công cụ được cung cấp nguyên trạng. Mỗi file xuất ra đều được kiểm kín khối tự động, nhưng kiểm tra hình học không thay thế được việc in thử. Với chi tiết lắp ghép hay món đồ đem bán, hãy in mẫu và kiểm tra thực tế trước. Print Paws không chịu trách nhiệm cho nhựa hỏng hay thời gian in mất. Lỗi từ phía shop (gói không mở, file lỗi không sửa được) được hoàn tiền theo trang Hoàn tiền.
Khiếu nại và tranh chấp
- Gửi khiếu nại qua điện thoại hoặc email ở cuối mỗi trang, kèm email tài khoản và mô tả sự việc. Shop xác nhận đã nhận trong 1 ngày làm việc và trả lời hướng xử lý trong 3 ngày làm việc.
- Hai bên ưu tiên thương lượng, hoà giải. Nếu không thoả thuận được, tranh chấp được giải quyết theo pháp luật Việt Nam, tại toà án có thẩm quyền.
- Bạn cũng có thể gửi phản ánh tới cơ quan bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng.
Thay đổi và liên hệ
Khi điều khoản đổi, ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang đổi theo. Hoàn tiền xem ở trang Hoàn tiền, dữ liệu của bạn xem ở trang Riêng tư. Cần hỏi gì, liên hệ shop qua điện thoại, email ở cuối mỗi trang hoặc các kênh ở cuối trang chủ.
Print Paws do cá nhân NGUYỄN CÔNG TOÀN (mã số thuế 054200003042, địa chỉ 85/1 Đường số 6, Phường Linh Xuân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh) vận hành và là bên bán các gói trên trang này.

Terms of use

Print Paws is a tool to design your own 3D prints and download the files to print them. You pay for the tool and the templates, not for each print. Using Print Paws means you agree to what follows.
Accounts
- Trying the simple templates needs no account. Saving designs and downloading files needs a Google sign-in.
- An account belongs to one person. Do not share your account or let others use your plan.
- Keep your Google account safe. Print Paws has no password of its own.
Plans and payment
- Free: save designs and download the free templates.
- Supporter: a one-off payment during the beta, from the minimum on the pricing page. Every feature and template there is in the beta, for good, with a supporter badge.
- Pro monthly, Pro yearly: every advanced template and tool for the time paid (1 month or 12 months).
- Early bird: like Pro for 4 years, including features that launch later, plus your own support channel.
Prices and the plans on sale are on the pricing page. The shop may change a price or stop selling a plan at any time; a plan you bought lasts until it ends.
You pay by VietQR bank transfer, with a transfer note of its own for each request. The system confirms it when the money arrives with the right note and amount, then opens the plan, usually within seconds; if the note or the amount does not match, the shop checks the statement and approves it by hand. A plan's time counts from the day it is approved, or from its old end date when you renew while it lasts. Details on the Payment page.
Renewing and ending
- Renewing while a plan lasts adds the new time on to its old end date: no day is lost.
- Buying Early bird while Pro lasts: the Pro time left is added after the 4 years.
- When a plan ends the account goes back to Free. Every design stays; designs using paid templates or tools are locked, not to be edited or downloaded, until you renew.
Commercial use
What you may do with what you print from Print Paws files, by the plan you are on:

Selling prints while a plan lasts. Prints you sold while your plan lasted stay licensed after it ends. Prints made after it ends need a renewal before they are sold.
Selling or sharing digital files is not allowed on any plan. That covers selling, giving away or posting STL, 3MF or design files from Print Paws anywhere (MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse, Facebook groups…), and reselling the use of the tool. You sell objects, not files.
What you put in
You answer for the text, pictures, logos and fonts you put in, their copyright included. See Acceptable use.
The fonts that come with Print Paws are all under the SIL Open Font License, which allows personalised products for sale. A font you upload yourself is governed by its own licence.
Ending the service
- You stop: stop using it whenever you like, and delete your account by messaging the shop (see Privacy). Unused time on a plan is not refunded, except in the cases on the Refunds page.
- The shop suspends or closes an account that breaks the Acceptable use page, shares the account, or cheats on payment. The shop gives the reason by the account's email; you can complain as below.
- The shop stops the service: it gives at least 30 days' notice on the site and by email, so you can download your files. The unused time of a Pro or Early bird plan is refunded in proportion to the days left.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. Every exported file is checked to be a closed solid, but a geometry check does not replace a test print. For parts that fit together or items for sale, print one and check it first. Print Paws is not responsible for wasted filament or print time. A fault on the shop's side (a plan that will not open, a broken file it cannot fix) is refunded as the Refunds page says.
Complaints and disputes
- Send a complaint by the phone or email at the foot of every page, with your account email and what happened. The shop confirms it within 1 working day and answers with how it will be handled within 3 working days.
- Both sides first try to settle it by talking it through. If that fails, the dispute is settled under Vietnamese law, by the competent court.
- You can also report it to the consumer protection authority.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Refunds are on the Refunds page, your data on the Privacy page. For anything else, reach the shop by the phone or email at the foot of every page, or the channels at the foot of the home page.
