Thử thiết kế không cần tài khoản, và khi đó thiết kế không rời khỏi máy bạn (trang chỉ đếm lượt xem nếu bạn đồng ý, xem bên dưới). Khi bạn đăng nhập để lưu và tải file, Print Paws giữ đúng những gì cần cho việc đó. Thiết kế và file chỉ bạn mở được; thông tin tài khoản thì người quản trị của shop cũng xem được để duyệt thanh toán và hỗ trợ. Không bán hay chia cho ai.
Ai chịu trách nhiệm
Print Paws do cá nhân NGUYỄN CÔNG TOÀN (mã số thuế 054200003042) vận hành và là bên quyết định việc xử lý dữ liệu của bạn. Liên hệ về dữ liệu: ntoan2884@gmail.com, điện thoại 0345889755, địa chỉ 85/1 Đường số 6, Phường Linh Xuân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để: đăng nhập và giữ tài khoản, lưu thiết kế và file của bạn, xác nhận thanh toán, xử lý góp ý và hỗ trợ khi bạn hỏi, đếm số lượt tải theo mẫu (không gắn với ai), chạy Gợi ý AI khi bạn bấm, và đếm lượt xem nếu bạn đồng ý. Không dùng để quảng cáo, không bán, không chia cho ai ngoài những bên ở mục "Ai xử lý dữ liệu".
Mô hình vẫn dựng trên máy bạn
Đọc phông, dò nét ảnh, dựng hình 3D, kiểm kín khối và ghi file STL, 3MF đều chạy trong trình duyệt của bạn. Máy chủ không bao giờ gửi hay nhận khối 3D dựng sẵn.
Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google
- Print Paws chỉ nhận tên, email và ảnh đại diện của tài khoản Google, không nhận mật khẩu hay danh bạ.
- Phiên đăng nhập là một cookie bí mật trên trình duyệt (
__Host-pp_user, 90 ngày). Máy chủ chỉ giữ mã băm của nó, nên ngay cả người đọc được cơ sở dữ liệu cũng không đăng nhập thay bạn được. Kèm theo là cookiepp_userkhông chứa bí mật, chỉ để trang biết có phiên. Trong lúc chuyển qua Google còn có cookie__Host-pp_authsống 10 phút.
Những gì được lưu, và ở đâu
- Thiết kế đã lưu: chỉ là thông số (mẫu, kích thước, màu, chữ…), nén lại, trong cơ sở dữ liệu Cloudflare D1.
- Phông, ảnh, STL bạn tải lên và ảnh xem trước của thiết kế: trong kho Cloudflare R2 riêng tư. Không có đường dẫn công khai; chỉ bạn, đã đăng nhập, đọc được.
- Yêu cầu thanh toán: gói, số tiền, nội dung chuyển khoản, ngày tạo và ngày duyệt, trong Cloudflare D1. Thông tin ngân hàng của bạn không đi qua Print Paws: bạn chuyển khoản bằng app ngân hàng của mình.
- Khoản chuyển khoản đến shop: khi tiền vào tài khoản của shop, SePay báo cho Print Paws số tiền, thời gian, mã tham chiếu của ngân hàng và nội dung chuyển khoản. Ngân hàng thường ghi thêm tên và số tài khoản người chuyển vào nội dung này. Print Paws lưu chúng trong Cloudflare D1 để đối chiếu với yêu cầu thanh toán: đúng nội dung và đủ tiền thì gói được mở ngay; không khớp yêu cầu nào thì khoản đó được giữ để shop tìm ra người chuyển và xử lý bằng tay.
- Góp ý: Khi bạn gửi góp ý từ trang thiết kế, chúng tôi lưu lời nhắn, ảnh chụp màn hình kèm ghi chú, thông số mẫu đang mở, loại trình duyệt, cỡ màn hình và email (nếu bạn điền), để xem và sửa lỗi. Góp ý được giữ tới khi shop xử lý xong và xoá. Xoá tài khoản thì góp ý gửi từ tài khoản đó cũng bị xoá.
- Số liệu tải file: chỉ là tổng theo ngày (bao nhiêu lượt tải file, theo mẫu và định dạng), không lưu địa chỉ IP và không gắn với từng người.
- Trên máy bạn: ngôn ngữ, giao diện sáng/tối, thông số máy in, các thiết kế cũ trong trình duyệt nếu bạn chưa đưa lên tài khoản, và hai thứ tạm thời: gói bạn vừa bấm mua (giữ trong tab cho tới khi đăng nhập xong) và thiết kế đang làm dở trong lúc bạn đăng nhập (xoá khi bạn đã quay lại).
Ai xử lý dữ liệu
- Cloudflare: chạy trang web và lưu dữ liệu ở trên (Workers, D1, R2).
- Google: đăng nhập, và Google Analytics đếm lượt xem trang (xem bên dưới).
- SePay: theo dõi tài khoản nhận tiền của shop và báo các khoản tiền vào, để thanh toán được xác nhận tự động.
- OpenRouter: chỉ khi bạn bấm Gợi ý AI (xem bên dưới).
Cloudflare, Google, OpenRouter và OpenAI (mô hình mà OpenRouter chuyển Gợi ý AI tới) đặt máy chủ ở nước ngoài, nên dữ liệu trên có thể được lưu hoặc xử lý ngoài Việt Nam. SePay là công ty Việt Nam.
Máy chủ dùng địa chỉ IP của bạn trong chốc lát để giới hạn số lượt gọi, rồi bỏ.
Người quản trị của shop xem được email, tên, gói, số thiết kế đã lưu và các yêu cầu thanh toán của bạn, để duyệt thanh toán và hỗ trợ bạn. Họ không mở được thiết kế hay file của bạn.
Gợi ý AI (chỉ khi bạn bấm)
Trong hộp Gắn đá & ngọc có nút Gợi ý. Chỉ khi bạn bấm, ứng dụng mới gửi dữ liệu hình dáng của charm tới máy chủ của Print Paws: các điểm có thể gắn đá, kiểu charm, màu charm và dòng mong muốn bạn gõ, kèm đá và ngọc đang có. Máy chủ chuyển tiếp tới OpenRouter để mô hình AI (OpenAI GPT-4o mini) chọn bố cục, và không lưu yêu cầu. Không gửi ảnh, phông hay tệp nào.
Giữ bao lâu, và cách xoá tài khoản
Dữ liệu được giữ khi tài khoản còn. Xoá một thiết kế trên trang Tài khoản thì xoá luôn ảnh xem trước và các file mà không thiết kế nào khác còn dùng.
Muốn xoá tài khoản, nhắn shop kèm email tài khoản: shop xoá tên, email, ảnh đại diện, mọi thiết kế và file của tài khoản. Các yêu cầu thanh toán được giữ lại làm sổ sách nhưng không còn gắn với tên hay email của bạn, và nội dung chuyển khoản của các khoản đã trả cho chúng được xoá, chỉ còn số tiền và ngày. Đăng nhập lại bằng cùng tài khoản Google sau đó là một tài khoản mới.
Quyền của bạn
Với dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, bạn có quyền:
- Được biết dữ liệu nào được xử lý, để làm gì (trang này), và xem dữ liệu của mình: tài khoản, thiết kế, file và thanh toán đều nằm trên trang Tài khoản; muốn bản đầy đủ hơn thì nhắn shop.
- Sửa dữ liệu sai, và xoá thiết kế, file hay cả tài khoản (xem mục trên).
- Rút lại sự đồng ý: đổi lựa chọn Google Analytics bất cứ lúc nào, hoặc xoá tài khoản. Việc rút lại không ảnh hưởng tới những gì đã xử lý trước đó.
- Yêu cầu hạn chế hoặc phản đối một việc xử lý, và nhận bản sao dữ liệu của mình.
- Khiếu nại với shop, hoặc với cơ quan có thẩm quyền về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (Bộ Công an), và yêu cầu bồi thường theo pháp luật khi quyền của bạn bị vi phạm.
Gửi yêu cầu qua email hoặc điện thoại ở trên, kèm email tài khoản. Shop trả lời trong 72 giờ. Nếu dữ liệu của bạn bị lộ, shop báo cho bạn và cho cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo quy định.
Đếm lượt xem bằng Google Analytics
Để biết bao nhiêu người ghé, từ đâu tới và mở trang nào, các trang dùng Google Analytics. Google nhận địa chỉ trang đang xem, trang dẫn tới, loại trình duyệt và thiết bị, khu vực (ước từ địa chỉ IP) và một mã ngẫu nhiên trong cookie _ga (tối đa 2 năm) để nhận ra lượt ghé lại. Không gửi tên, email, thiết kế hay file của bạn. Google signals và cá nhân hoá quảng cáo đều tắt: số liệu không dùng để quảng cáo.
Google Analytics chỉ chạy sau khi bạn bấm Đồng ý ở khung hỏi cuối trang. Bấm Từ chối thì không có gì gửi tới Google. Lựa chọn được nhớ trên trình duyệt này, và đổi được lúc nào cũng được (đổi sang Từ chối thì cookie _ga bị xoá).
Không có pixel quảng cáo, không có cookie bên thứ ba.
PRIVACY
Where your data goes

Trying a design needs no account, and then the design never leaves your device (pages only count visits if you agree, see below). When you sign in to save and download, Print Paws keeps only what that takes. Only you can open your designs and files; the shop's administrator can also see your account details, to approve payments and help you. Nothing is sold or shared.
Who is responsible
Print Paws is run by NGUYỄN CÔNG TOÀN, an individual (tax code 054200003042), who decides how your data is handled. Contact about your data: ntoan2884@gmail.com, phone 0345889755, address 85/1 Đường số 6, Phường Linh Xuân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam.
Data is used only to: sign you in and keep your account, store your designs and files, confirm payments, handle feedback and help when you ask, count downloads by template (tied to no one), run AI Suggest when you press it, and count visits if you agree. Never for ads, never sold, never shared beyond the services under "Who handles the data".
The model is still built on your device
Reading fonts, tracing pictures, building the 3D model, checking it is closed and writing the STL or 3MF all happen in your browser. The server never sends or receives a built 3D model.
When you sign in with Google
- Print Paws only gets your Google account's name, email and picture, never your password or contacts.
- Your session is a secret cookie in your browser (
__Host-pp_user, 90 days). The server keeps only its hash, so even someone reading the database could not sign in as you. Beside it, app_usercookie holds no secret and only tells pages a session exists. While you go through Google there is also a__Host-pp_authcookie that lives 10 minutes.
What is kept, and where
- Saved designs: only their settings (template, sizes, colours, text…), compressed, in a Cloudflare D1 database.
- Fonts, pictures and STL files you upload, and your designs' previews: in a private Cloudflare R2 store. There is no public link; only you, signed in, can read them.
- Payment requests: the plan, the amount, the transfer note, when it was made and approved, in Cloudflare D1. Your bank details never pass through Print Paws: you transfer with your own banking app.
- Transfers to the shop: when money reaches the shop's account, SePay tells Print Paws the amount, the time, the bank's reference and the transfer's description. Banks usually add the sender's name and account number to that description. Print Paws keeps these in Cloudflare D1 to match them with payment requests: the right note and enough money open the plan at once; a transfer that matches no request is kept so the shop can find who sent it and sort it out by hand.
- Feedback: When you send feedback from a design page, we keep the note, the screenshots with your markings, the settings of the template you had open, your browser type, your screen size and your email (if you gave one), to look into and fix the problem. Feedback is kept until the shop has handled and deleted it. Deleting your account also deletes the feedback sent from it.
- Download figures: only daily totals (how many downloads, by template and format), with no IP address and tied to no one.
- On your device: your language, the light or dark theme, printer settings, older designs in this browser that you have not moved to your account, and two things for a moment: the plan you pressed to buy (kept in this tab until you have signed in) and the design you were making while you sign in (removed once you are back).
Who handles the data
- Cloudflare: runs the site and stores the data above (Workers, D1, R2).
- Google: signing in, and Google Analytics counting page views (below).
- SePay: watches the shop's receiving account and reports money coming in, so payments are confirmed automatically.
- OpenRouter: only when you press the AI Suggest button (below).
Cloudflare, Google, OpenRouter and OpenAI (whose model OpenRouter passes AI Suggest to) run servers abroad, so the data above may be stored or handled outside Vietnam. SePay is a Vietnamese company.
The server uses your IP address briefly to limit how often anyone can call it, then drops it.
The shop's administrator can see your email, name, plan, how many designs you saved and your payment requests, to approve payments and help you. They cannot open your designs or files.
AI suggestions (only when you press)
The Crystals & pearls editor has a Suggest button. Only when you press it does the app send shape data about the charm to the Print Paws server: the places a stone could go, the kind of charm, its colour and the wish you typed, with the crystals and pearls already on it. The server passes this to OpenRouter so an AI model (OpenAI GPT-4o mini) can choose a layout, and does not keep the request. No picture, font or file is sent.
How long, and deleting your account
Data is kept while your account exists. Deleting a design on your account page also deletes its preview and the files no other design still uses.
To delete your account, message the shop with your account email: the shop deletes its name, email, picture and every design and file. Payment requests are kept for the books but no longer carry your name or email, and the descriptions of the transfers that paid them are deleted, leaving only the amounts and dates. Signing in with the same Google account afterwards makes a new account.
Your rights
Over your personal data, you have the right to:
- Know what is handled and why (this page), and see your data: your account, designs, files and payments are all on your account page; for a fuller copy, message the shop.
- Correct wrong data, and delete designs, files or the whole account (see above).
- Withdraw consent: change your Google Analytics choice at any time, or delete your account. Withdrawing does not undo what was handled before.
- Ask to restrict or object to a use of your data, and get a copy of it.
- Complain to the shop or to the authority for personal data protection (the Ministry of Public Security), and claim compensation under the law when your rights are breached.
Send a request by the email or phone above, with your account email. The shop answers within 72 hours. If your data leaks, the shop tells you and the authorities as the law requires.
Counting visits with Google Analytics
To know how many people visit, where they come from and which pages they open, the pages use Google Analytics. Google gets the address of the page, the page that led there, your browser and device type, a region (guessed from your IP address) and a random id in a _ga cookie (up to 2 years) to recognise a return visit. Your name, email, designs and files are never sent. Google signals and ad personalisation are off: the figures are never used for ads.
Google Analytics only runs after you press Accept in the box at the bottom of the page. Press Decline and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is remembered in this browser and can be changed at any time (changing to Decline deletes the _ga cookies).
No advertising pixel, no third-party cookies.
