Giao nhận và kiểm tra

Print Paws bán sản phẩm số: gói dùng công cụ thiết kế và file in 3D (STL, 3MF). Shop không in, không bán và không gửi đồ vật nào, nên không có vận chuyển và không có phí vận chuyển.
Gói được giao thế nào
Khi thanh toán được xác nhận (xem Thanh toán), gói mở ngay trên tài khoản Google bạn dùng để mua, thường trong vài giây. Nếu bạn còn mở trang chuyển khoản, trang tự chuyển sang trạng thái đã duyệt; gói và ngày hết hạn (nếu có) luôn hiện trên trang Tài khoản. Khoản cần shop duyệt bằng tay thường xong trong ngày làm việc.
File được giao thế nào
- Bấm nút tải hoặc xuất file (Tải file, Xuất file) trong trang thiết kế: file được dựng ngay trên máy bạn và tải thẳng về trình duyệt. Không gửi qua email hay đường dẫn nào.
- Tải file cần tài khoản. Mẫu và chức năng miễn phí tải được với gói Miễn phí; mẫu và chức năng trả phí tải được khi gói của bạn còn hạn (gói Ủng hộ không có hạn). Bảng giá ghi rõ gói nào mở những gì.
- Không giới hạn số lần tải: bạn tải lại bao nhiêu lần cũng được, với bất kỳ thay đổi nào, trừ khi shop đã ngừng cung cấp mẫu đó.
Kiểm tra trước khi trả tiền
- Mọi mẫu đơn giản thử được ngay, không cần tài khoản: chọn kiểu, màu, gõ tên và xoay mô hình 3D.
- Mẫu trả phí vẫn xem được dạng 3D trước khi mua.
- Trang thiết kế báo trước một số chỗ khó in, như chữ hay hình gắn thêm quá mảnh, để bạn sửa trước khi tải.
Kiểm tra sau khi tải
Mở file trong phần mềm cắt lớp (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer…) trước khi in. Bạn tự in trên máy của mình hoặc gửi file cho xưởng in quen: việc in, vật liệu và chi phí in nằm ngoài Print Paws.
Khi có sự cố
Không tải được, file mở bị lỗi, hay đã trả tiền mà gói chưa mở: nhắn shop qua điện thoại, email hoặc các kênh ở cuối trang, kèm email tài khoản, tên mẫu và ảnh chụp màn hình. Shop kiểm tra và sửa. Hoàn tiền theo trang Hoàn tiền.

Print Paws sells digital products: plans for the design tool, and 3D print files (STL, 3MF). The shop does not print, sell or send any physical item, so there is no shipping and no shipping fee.
How a plan is delivered
Once the payment is confirmed (see Payment), the plan opens at once on the Google account you bought it with, usually within seconds. If you still have the transfer page open, it switches to approved by itself; the plan and its end date (if any) always show on your Account page. A payment the shop approves by hand is usually done within the working day.
How files are delivered
- Press the download or export button (Download, Export) on the design page: the file is built on your device and downloaded straight by your browser. Nothing goes by email or link.
- Downloading needs an account. Free templates and features download on the Free plan; paid ones download while your plan runs (the Supporter plan never ends). The Pricing page shows what each plan opens.
- No download limit: download again as often as you like, with any change, unless the shop has stopped offering that template.
Checking before you pay
- Every simple template can be tried at once, with no account: pick the style and colours, type a name and turn the 3D model.
- Paid templates can still be seen in 3D before you buy.
- The design page warns about some things that may print badly, such as added text or pictures that are too thin, so you can fix them before downloading.
Checking after you download
Open the file in a slicer (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer…) before printing. You print it on your own printer or send it to a print shop: printing, material and its cost are outside Print Paws.
When something goes wrong
A download fails, a file opens broken, or you paid and the plan has not opened: message the shop by phone, email or the channels at the foot of the page, with your account email, the template's name and a screenshot. The shop looks into it and fixes it. Refunds follow the Refunds page.
